Castor Oil is pressed virgin oil that is beneficial for constipation. Castor oil is a common ingredient in many beauty products. It is rich in essential fatty acids that moisturize the skin. It is a good source of vitamin E, omega-9, and omega-6. It has laxative properties, is anti-inflammatory and is useful for wounds.

Nausea, Vomiting, abdominal pain or fullness, Thirst, Dizziness, Diarrhea, Anal irritation, Insomnia

15-20 ml (adult) 5-15ml (children) in generally taken in the morning.

Calcium carbonate (40% Ca) : It is an insoluble, tasteless and nonirritating salt. Reacts with gastric HCL  to form cholride, and can be used as antacid. It is the most common salt present in calcium supplements, but gastric acid is required for  converting it into the absorbable form . Calcium availability from it is poor in patients taking proton pump inhibitors (PPIs) ,H² blocker, and in elderly. 2.  Calcium citrate ( as tetrahydrate , 21% Ca²+ ) : Slightly soluble in water, but dissolve well in presence of HCL .
